Complaints Procedure Do you have a complaint about one of our products or services? We'd like to hear about it. We handle every report carefully and with full attention. How to File a Complaint You can submit your complaint via info@valvorman.com. Please include: • The product in question • A clear description of the problem • Your order number or proof of purchase • Any supporting photos or videos We aim to handle your complaint within 14 days. If this is not possible, you will receive an acknowledgement within 14 days with the expected resolution time. Warranty At Valvor Man, quality, reliability and safety are paramount. Therefore, we maintain clear and fair warranty conditions that comply with Dutch and Belgian legislation. 2-Year Legal Warranty All our products are covered by the legal conformity guarantee of 2 years. This means a product must meet what you as a consumer may reasonably expect. This warranty applies to: • Skincare products • Perfumes • Accessories • Packaging and functionality Please note: cosmetics have a natural shelf life and a PAO period (e.g. 12 months after opening). Warranty only applies when the product has been used within this usage period and stored correctly. 6 Months Extra Warranty on Packaging & Functionality Valvor Man also offers 6 months additional warranty on bottles, pump mechanisms, caps, closures and dispensing systems. Should a defect occur within this period that is not caused by misuse, we will provide a free replacement. Exceptions • Damage from misuse, drops, bumps or improper storage • Products past their expiration or PAO date • Allergic reactions reported later than 72 hours after delivery or with insufficient evidence Warranty Processing When your claim is approved, you can choose: • Replacement of the product • Refund of the purchase amount No store credit will be issued. Notes Different warranty conditions may apply for business orders, regular customers and contract partners. These are always agreed in writing in advance.
