Article 1 — Definitions • Entrepreneur: Valvor Man, Nieuwstraat 22, 4735 AN Zegge, Netherlands. CoC 90052838, VAT NL004783790B92. • Consumer: the natural person entering into an agreement with the entrepreneur. Article 2 — Applicability These terms apply to every offer and every distance agreement between consumer and entrepreneur. Article 3 — The Offer All offers are without obligation. Prices are in euros and include VAT. Article 4 — The Agreement The agreement is established when the consumer accepts the offer. The entrepreneur confirms the agreement by email. Article 5 — Right of Withdrawal The consumer has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product without giving reasons. Products must be returned unopened, unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are at the consumer's expense. Article 6 — Prices and Payment Payment is made via the payment methods offered on the website (via Mollie). Article 7 — Delivery Delivery takes place within 1–2 business days after receipt of payment. Free shipping applies to orders of €70 or more. Article 8 — Complaints Complaints must be submitted to the entrepreneur via info@valvorman.com. Complaints are answered within 14 days.
