Return & Refund Policy At Valvor Man, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Below you'll find our clear policy on returns, refunds and warranty. Return Period You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Return Conditions • The product is unopened, undamaged and unused. • The product is in its original packaging. • You report the return in advance via info@valvorman.com with order number, photos and reason for return. Please note: for hygienic reasons, opened or used skincare and perfume products cannot be returned. Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered. In that case, we cover the costs. Processing Returns After receiving and approving the return, we refund the purchase amount within 5 business days to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation by email. Defective or Damaged Product Did you receive a damaged or incorrect item? Contact us within 48 hours of receipt via info@valvorman.com and include clear photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund. Warranty • 6 months warranty on packaging and functionality (pumps, caps, leakage). • 2-year legal conformity guarantee under EU legislation. • Allergic reactions can be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos/evidence.
