The Daily Face Wash cleanses with mild glucosides instead of soap, and contains ingredients that hold on to water, such as glycerin. The quickest way to find out how it feels on your skin is the Essentials Kit.

Start with washing and a day cream, that is the basis. The night cream is the third step, for the evening.

A 50 ml bottle lasts 10 to 12 weeks with daily use. The same goes for the 100 ml Daily Face Wash, which you use more of each time. The pump measures precisely, so you use no more than you need. The Essentials Kit in 30 ml is meant for trying out: the wash lasts around 4 weeks, the creams 7 to 8 weeks.

A skin tolerance study has been commissioned, but we do not have the report yet. As long as we do not have it, we will not say it has been done — because then you cannot check it. What has been measured on the finished product: the SPF of the day cream, 30.5 on average with ten test subjects to ISO 24444 (report EU/077/03/2026), with a separate UVA measurement to ISO 24443 (UVA-PF 22.2, report EU/080/03/2026). Every product also has a safety assessment, a product information file and a CPNP registration.

The routine has not been tested for that. If you react to certain ingredients, read the ingredient list first. Bumps after shaving that have not cleared after 2 weeks, or a large red patch: see your doctor (thuisarts.nl).

You have 14 days to change your mind. Anything unopened can be returned. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back care products whose seal has been broken.

No. The routine is built as three steps and a scrub is not one of them. The Daily Face Wash cleanses with mild glucosides instead of soap. If you do want to exfoliate, do it alongside the routine rather than instead of it, and skip it on days when your skin feels tight or is red after shaving. We do not sell a scrub and have not tested one.

The routine is not made for one particular skin type. If your skin gets shiny quickly, use a small amount of day cream and wash your face in the evening.

SPF 30 falls within the European class “high protection”. For us it is not an expectation but a measurement: on this cream the average came out at 30.5, with ten test subjects, to ISO 24444. The UVA protection was measured separately and comes to 73% of the UVB protection; Europe requires at least one third.

Two things to add. The measurement uses 2 milligrams per square centimetre — more than most people apply, so apply generously. And a day cream does not replace a sunscreen: if you are out in the sun for a long time, use a sunscreen and reapply it.
