Can I smell a fragrance first?

Yes. The sample set has Aether and Ignis in 2 × 2 ml, for €8.50. If you then choose a 50 ml bottle, we deduct your sample set in full: after your order you receive a €8.50 code for Aether or Ignis 50 ml, valid for 30 days. If you want to try for longer, there is the 5 ml Discovery.

How soon will my order arrive, and what does shipping cost?

You see the shipping costs in your cart, before you pay. The rate depends on the country you are having it delivered to.

Free shipping, and free shipping on the sample set, apply to orders delivered in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Can I return something?

You have 14 days to change your mind. Anything unopened can be returned. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back care products whose seal has been broken.
